The People Strategy Coordinator will manage practice operations, support attorney development, coordinate staffing processes, and maintain communication within the firm to foster professional growth.

Provide client account analysis and billing support for partners and practice areas. Prepare and review bills and backup, manage outstanding balances, train and mentor staff, coordinate departmental workflow, respond to client and attorney inquiries, and implement client accounting procedures to meet departmental goals and compliance.

Lead and manage day-to-day and strategic office operations for the Los Angeles office, partnering with office leaders, partners, and firm-wide departments to implement initiatives. Oversee budgets, vendor and facility management, practice support functions, people team activities, emergency response, and office events while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and high-quality service in a legal environment.
