Lead technical tax review and approval for complex returns, serve as subject-matter expert, manage client engagements and tax planning, supervise and develop tax staff, represent clients before taxing authorities, oversee billing/collection, support practice development, research tax software, and work occasional travel and heavy overtime during tax season.

Provide tax and related accounting services to clients, review and sign tax returns, develop and mentor tax staff, recruit and train personnel, maintain technical competence, and grow firm business through client development and relationships.

Perform monthly/quarterly accounting, prepare financial statements, reconciling bank and general ledger accounts, manage AP/AR, payroll accounting and tax filings, and handle trust, probate, and income tax work.
