The Sales Administrator I supports the sales team with order processing, customer inquiries, and CRM management. Responsibilities include managing purchase orders, verifying customer information, and providing post-sales support, ensuring effective communication with customers and various departments.

Lead architecture and development of low-latency embedded firmware and Linux networking stacks for MANET radios. Implement MAC and ad-hoc routing, device drivers and BSPs for ARM/RISC-V, security/encryption (IPsec, FIPS/NIAP compliance), audio/PTT, network management/web interfaces, and testing software to validate performance and reliability.

The role involves leading program execution, managing schedules, facilitating collaboration, tracking risks, and preparing reports for R&D programs.
