Teams at Silvur

Own technical relationships with credit union partners, serving as the primary contact for integrations, authentication, data exchanges, security assessments, and onboarding. Configure SFTP, SSO, API credentials, email authentication, and partner accounts; troubleshoot data and integration issues; explain architecture and security controls; support Sales and Success teams; and escalate product changes to Engineering. Create reusable integration guides, security response libraries, and architecture documentation.

Own platform partnerships for a portfolio of credit unions, driving product adoption, scalable enablement and onboarding, relationship management, data-informed reporting, and cross-functional coordination. Build playbooks, deliver trainings, manage escalations, and optimize partner workflows to embed Silvur’s retirement platform at scale.

Lead Silvur's marketing strategy and execution to drive awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention across Silvur and Silvur Insurance. Build scalable, AI-forward marcom systems, run cross-channel B2B and B2B2C campaigns, support product marketing and sales enablement, manage brand and creative, own marketing data and analytics, and lead a small marketing team while contributing as an individual contributor.
