Manage and grow client partnerships for TikTok Shop and social commerce, develop growth-driven strategies, analyze KPIs, identify expansion opportunities, lead junior team members, and coordinate cross-functional execution to drive direct-response campaign performance and long-term client success.

Manage day-to-day execution for a portfolio of TikTok Shop accounts: client communication, weekly meeting agendas and recaps, daily Seller Center monitoring, performance reporting, affiliate summary, and cross-team coordination. Escalate issues, own tasks, and support Senior AM-led strategy.

Lead the affiliate creator function: manage and coach Brand Creator Associates, own complex client accounts, onboard brands to affiliate, build creator pipelines and outreach strategy, coordinate with account teams, and improve affiliate systems and processes.
