Manage and grow strategic Beauty and Fragrance customer accounts, drive new business, develop packaging and dispensing solutions, negotiate commercial terms, forecast performance, and achieve profitable sales growth. The role requires building executive-level customer relationships, managing complex sales cycles, leading cross-functional collaboration, monitoring market trends, and representing the organization at customer meetings and industry events. Residence in the Western United States and travel as required are necessary.
