Provides onsite Tier 1 and Tier 2 application support during enterprise system go-live and stabilization. Assists users at their workstations, troubleshoots workflow and system issues, reinforces training, documents incidents, identifies recurring problems, and escalates complex issues. Collaborates with service desk, implementation, training, and super-user teams while supporting high-volume government operations, including child welfare environments. The role is primarily onsite, may involve travel between offices, and can require after-hours or weekend support during deployments.

Design, develop, execute, debug, and maintain Playwright test automation frameworks within an Agile DevOps environment. Assess manual testing for automation opportunities, create test cases and suites, build reusable framework components, integrate tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, and support regression, smoke, data integrity, security, accessibility, performance, and cross-browser testing. Collaborate with developers and business analysts on test strategies, acceptance criteria, issue resolution, and automation planning.

Leads planning, execution, and delivery of complex federal health IT projects across CMS/CCSQ programs. Manages scope, schedules, workstreams, risks, issues, dependencies, reporting, governance, stakeholder communication, and executive deliverables. Coordinates cross-functional teams, supports portfolio initiatives, improves project management processes, and mentors junior project management staff. The role requires federal IT or health IT experience and supports alignment with CMS objectives and operational requirements.
