Provide cross-functional program coordination and customer-facing support for Navy programs: plan and track deliverables, coordinate meetings, monitor metrics, manage stakeholder inquiries, maintain DON-compliant documentation, support onboarding, and prepare executive reports to ensure program alignment and operational compliance.

Support NSWC team in Port Hueneme with data analysis, reporting, and operations research. Prepare analyses and reports, apply cost/financial or operations research methods, maintain organization and communication with stakeholders, and use Microsoft Office tools. Requires a bachelors in a business or technical field and three years relevant experience; Navy program experience preferred.

Facilitate Agile Scrum for in-service engineering teams executing hardware, software, and installation tasks. Lead daily scrums, maintain and organize backlogs, coordinate sprint planning, backlog scrubs, and retrospectives. Document Scrum business rules and incorporate lessons learned to improve team efficiency and on-schedule task completion.
