Facilitate Agile Scrum for in-service engineering teams executing hardware, software, and installation tasks. Lead daily scrums, maintain and organize backlogs, coordinate sprint planning, backlog scrubs, and retrospectives. Document Scrum business rules and incorporate lessons learned to improve team efficiency and on-schedule task completion.

Provide cross-functional program coordination and customer-facing support for Navy programs: plan and track deliverables, coordinate meetings, monitor metrics, manage stakeholder inquiries, maintain DON-compliant documentation, support onboarding, and prepare executive reports to ensure program alignment and operational compliance.

Provide administrative and clerical support to the NSWC team in Port Hueneme, CA, ensuring efficient office operations in compliance with Navy policies. Duties include budgeting, personnel records, payroll, preparing briefings, filing, answering phones, scheduling, and making travel arrangements.
