Manage and grow the organization's most complex strategic accounts by understanding client objectives, building stakeholder relationships, driving upsell/cross-sell, coordinating cross-functional execution, negotiating contracts, monitoring account performance, and conducting on-site business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
