Own financial statement accounts, reconciliations, accruals, close activities, internal controls, investment and debt accounting, payroll reviews, lease accounting, and lender reporting. Partner with Finance Operations and FP&A to investigate variances, allocate administrative expenses, and improve accounting processes through automation and AI tools. Support software capitalization and maintain accurate reporting across multiple entities.

Own Sidecar Health’s search platform end to end, including AWS OpenSearch clusters, indexing pipelines, search APIs, relevance and ranking, hybrid lexical and semantic retrieval, observability, quality reporting, and incident response. Lead search architecture, expand support for healthcare content types, improve near-real-time indexing, communicate technical direction across teams, mentor engineers, and build internal relevance and analytics tooling using agentic developer tools.

The Vice President of Finance will lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, capital planning, reporting, and IPO readiness. The role partners with executive leadership, oversees financial systems and controls, supports fundraising and investor relations, manages financial risk, and builds a high-performing finance organization. This leader will strengthen scalable infrastructure, ensure GAAP-compliant reporting, guide capital allocation, and provide strategic financial insights for a rapidly growing healthcare company.
