As a Business Development Representative, you will generate qualified leads, support Account Executives, manage the sales pipeline and conduct prospect research while driving client acquisition efforts.

Serve as the primary escalation for complex brand support issues, resolve tickets end-to-end, identify root causes and recommend fixes, improve knowledge bases and onboarding docs, enhance AI support coverage, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Trust & Safety to surface and resolve systemic issues.
