Use AI tools to source, screen, and evaluate candidates, manage ATS data and compliance in Rippling, advise hiring managers, run structured interviews and debriefs, manage external agency relationships, and improve recruiting workflows and metrics.

Own full sales cycle for complex enterprise accounts: source, close, ensure launch, and expand post-sale. Manage multi-stakeholder deals, build account/territory plans, forecast in CRM, tailor demos/proposals, negotiate contracts, and represent Shipium at events.

Lead Shipium's full-funnel demand generation: set strategy, own pipeline and budget, run ABM and paid media, launch product demand, manage marketing ops and attribution (Pardot/Salesforce), partner with Sales/SDR/Customer Success, scale programs with experimentation and AI, and report performance to leadership.

Lead technical delivery of Shipium implementations: design solutions and architectures, configure APIs, manage end-to-end projects, optimize processes, mitigate risks, mentor the implementation team, and feed customer insights back to Product and Engineering.

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will lead technical strategies for enterprise sales, architect API solutions, and ensure alignment between technical validation and commercial goals.
