Support Separate Account and Asset Management teams with portfolio administration, client reporting, valuation coordination, and data management. Prepare budgets, assist with quarterly valuations and underwriting support, maintain lease and property data in Yardi, and coordinate reporting from Argus and CoStar. Provide administrative support, track deadlines, and develop into junior asset management responsibilities over time.
