Support Release of Information Specialists and related teams to resolve and fulfill medical record requests, ensuring HIPAA and legal compliance. Perform data entry, quality control, workflow issue resolution, and cross-department communication; escalate critical issues to management.

Responsible for completing FMLA/Disability forms, ensuring accuracy and customer service, and handling medical record requests while adhering to compliance regulations.

Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts to ensure retention and upsell opportunities. Ensure compliant reporting for MIPS and payer contracts, analyze quality data, recommend improvements, train clients on reporting and EMR use, validate submissions (QCDR), conduct chart audits, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance outcomes.

Manage new customer account approvals, maintain account data integrity and parent-child relationships, generate and review invoices, investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, collaborate with sales/customer service/finance, respond to customer billing inquiries, maintain accounts receivable records, and support billing process improvements and system upgrades.

Lead and manage a team of Account Managers to sustain and grow employer/payor/government client relationships. Own contract delivery, renewals, expansions, financial performance, reporting, and strategic client planning. Act as senior client escalation, mentor account team members, coordinate cross-functional resources, and drive profitability and retention through consultative selling and data-driven reporting.

Lead enterprise project management across multiple healthcare divisions, establish centralized intake and executive reporting, manage cross-functional projects end-to-end, enforce PM standards and methodologies, mentor project managers, track KPIs, control budgets, and drive change management and continuous improvement to meet strategic objectives.
