Lead strategic growth initiatives, develop and execute long-term business development and go-to-market strategies, mentor junior staff, manage complex proposals/RFPs and high-value client engagements, own forecasting and pipeline management, represent the company at industry events, negotiate contracts, provide market intelligence, and drive cross-functional projects to meet sales targets and organizational growth.

Perform routine microbiological and wet-chemistry analyses on food samples following SOPs, operate and maintain laboratory equipment (VIDAS, BAX, VITEK, spectrophotometer, plate readers), record quality activities, identify nonconformities, and report equipment issues. Work schedule is evenings with possible weekend shifts.

The QA Engineer will execute tests, ensure quality assurance, perform manual and software testing, and maintain logs while possibly handling inventory and travel.
