Own end-to-end bank regulatory reporting (FFIEC Call Reports), build reporting framework, interpret regulatory instructions for BNPL, drive data sourcing and controls, support exams/audits, collaborate with Finance/Legal/Compliance/Engineering, and automate reporting workflows using modern tools and AI.

Lead design, build, and optimization of Sezzle's large-scale data warehousing and pipelines. Own data infrastructure KPIs/SLAs, improve Redshift performance, evolve the data stack, implement ETL/ELT workflows, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable datasets.

The Director of Compliance - Product will oversee product compliance, managing regulatory requirements, and collaborating with teams to ensure compliance integration throughout product development.
