Manages geotechnical and special inspection projects, budgets, laboratory qualifications, materials testing, reports, records, and inspection staff. Oversees soil, asphalt, concrete, steel, masonry, and foundation-related testing while ensuring compliance with IBC Chapter 17, agency guidelines, accreditation requirements, and construction standards. Coordinates technicians, inspectors, and laboratory personnel; reviews technical reports and mix designs; interprets regulations; and supports multidisciplinary project delivery. Requires a civil engineering background, relevant materials or geotechnical experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel.

Provides architectural acoustics consulting for diverse building projects. Designs solutions for room acoustics, sound isolation, mechanical noise and vibration control, and environmental acoustics. Prepares reports, drawings, specifications, cost analyses, and acoustic models; conducts site testing, noise surveys, and inspections; reviews submittals; and collaborates with architects, clients, principals, and marketing teams. Supports business development while managing multiple projects within schedule, budget, and quality standards. Occasional overnight travel and off-hours testing may be required.
