Design and build scalable data infrastructure, including lakehouse architecture, ClickHouse deployments, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data models connecting Postgres with analytics systems. Establish data quality, observability, performance, cost, and reliability standards. Collaborate with product and engineering teams, define data contracts and specifications, support real-time analytics, and use AI-assisted coding and LLMs to accelerate pipeline development and transformation.

Accelerates SERHANT.’s growth by recruiting and converting high-performing real estate agents and teams. Develops market-specific recruiting strategies, builds executive-level relationships, analyzes market intelligence, manages recruiting pipelines, and identifies expansion opportunities. Advises brokerage leadership, mentors recruiting team members, collaborates on campaigns and events, forecasts recruiting activity, and ensures compliance with licensing and company processes.

Conducts outreach to prospective real estate agents through calls, texts, and email; assesses interest and qualifications; schedules recruitment meetings; manages candidate follow-ups; maintains CRM records; and supports prospecting strategies and administrative processes for the Growth team.
