The Production Scheduler oversees the master production schedule, coordinating with departments to resolve scheduling issues and ensure timely production. Responsibilities include inventory management, monitoring stock levels, and maintaining MRP data integrity.

Supervise and direct assembly department operations to meet production schedules, quality, safety, and cost targets. Train and coach staff, manage personnel actions, maintain records, resolve production obstacles, implement continuous improvement, and liaise with engineering, tooling, and production control. Responsible for product quality, productivity, housekeeping, and departmental inspections.

Set up and fit detailed aircraft and aerospace parts for welding and tacking. Perform hand grinding, expanding, trimming, scribing, filing and fitting to blueprint dimensions, set up assembly jigs, assist higher classified workers, perform rework/repair, and meet production and quality targets while following safety and company policies.
