Creates and checks complex 3D models, assemblies, drawings, tooling, BOMs, and model-based definitions using CATIA V5 and 3DX. Applies manufacturing knowledge, GD&T, tolerance analysis, interference checks, and installation assessments to aerospace ducting components. Coordinates designs with project and manufacturing engineers, supports shops, customers, and vendors, and performs engineering changes, weight calculations, and design reviews. Mentors junior employees as needed while maintaining compliance with safety and company procedures.

Leads the accounting function, including financial reporting, month-end close, internal controls, general ledger, payables, receivables, payroll, fixed assets, inventory costing, audits, and tax compliance. Oversees accounting systems and ERP improvements, develops budgets and forecasts, analyzes financial performance, and provides strategic insights to leadership. Manages and develops the accounting team while partnering with operations, sales, auditors, and senior leadership to improve processes and financial visibility.

Creates and maintains CNC programs using CAM software for CNC lathes, mills, and multi-spindle machines. Develops tool paths, geometries, fixturing, jaws, and 3D models; supports Manufacturing and Quality teams; improves tooling, production strategies, throughput, and process efficiency; and maintains standardized work instructions. Requires hands-on CNC programming and machine experience, blueprint interpretation, and knowledge of Fanuc and G-code programming.
