Responsibilities include validating processes, reviewing drawings, implementing engineering changes, supporting tooling design, and working with cross-functional production teams across machining, forming, stamping, heat treating, and chemical processing operations.

Leads aerospace new product development, sustaining engineering, and R&D programs from proposal through entry into service. Provides technical leadership across cross-functional teams, oversees designs, analyses, testing, certification documentation, and manufacturing support. Coordinates schedules, resolves complex technical issues, interfaces with customers and suppliers, communicates risks, supports audits, and mentors junior engineers. The role requires aerospace engineering expertise, aircraft certification experience, engineering drawing and GD&T proficiency, and knowledge of aircraft fluid, thermal, or mechanical systems.
