Leads aerospace new product development, sustaining engineering, and R&D programs from proposal through entry into service. Provides technical leadership across cross-functional teams, oversees designs, analyses, testing, certification documentation, and manufacturing support. Coordinates schedules, resolves complex technical issues, interfaces with customers and suppliers, communicates risks, supports audits, and mentors junior engineers. The role requires aerospace engineering expertise, aircraft certification experience, engineering drawing and GD&T proficiency, and knowledge of aircraft fluid, thermal, or mechanical systems.

Supports manufacturing and production engineering through ERP/MRP routings, bills of materials, CAD drawings, 3D models, cycle-time studies, process improvements, standard work, engineering changes, and operational data analysis. Collaborates with Planning, Manufacturing, and Quality teams in a lean manufacturing environment to improve throughput, reduce costs, and standardize processes.

Manufacturing Engineer II supports aerospace production by developing manufacturing processes, tooling plans, work instructions, quality plans, and production documentation. The role validates manufacturability, supports new product introduction, resolves manufacturing and supplier issues, drives cost reduction, performs root-cause and preventive actions, and coordinates engineering changes. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, supporting customer and project engineering, developing process improvements, and working with materials and processes such as sheet metal, machining, forming, welding, heat treating, and chemical processing.

Creates and checks complex 3D models, assemblies, drawings, tooling, BOMs, and model-based definitions using CATIA V5 and 3DX. Applies manufacturing knowledge, GD&T, tolerance analysis, interference checks, and installation assessments to aerospace ducting components. Coordinates designs with project and manufacturing engineers, supports shops, customers, and vendors, and performs engineering changes, weight calculations, and design reviews. Mentors junior employees as needed while maintaining compliance with safety and company procedures.

Leads the accounting function, including financial reporting, month-end close, internal controls, general ledger, payables, receivables, payroll, fixed assets, inventory costing, audits, and tax compliance. Oversees accounting systems and ERP improvements, develops budgets and forecasts, analyzes financial performance, and provides strategic insights to leadership. Manages and develops the accounting team while partnering with operations, sales, auditors, and senior leadership to improve processes and financial visibility.

The Senior Program Manager will oversee new and existing programs, ensuring successful execution through leadership, process improvements, and strong customer relations, while mentoring IPT leaders.

The Production Scheduler is responsible for managing the master production schedule, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely production, solves scheduling issues, and maintains data integrity in the MRP system.

Manage new and existing aerospace programs to meet cost, schedule, and technical goals through design, development, qualification, and production. Lead integrated product teams, maintain program control using PDP/phase-gate and EVMS, mitigate risks, own customer relationships, mentor IPT leaders, and drive continuous improvement in processes, metrics, and on-time, on-budget delivery.

Assist the New Product Development team with program management, commercial support, production and customer support, process improvement, and data analysis. Support cross-functional groups to drive project action items, expedite production, prepare customer materials, and deliver at least one primary project while working onsite part-time (12-29 hours/week).

Lead and supervise project engineers and interns through product design, verification, and NPD. Assign work, monitor schedules/budgets, provide technical leadership, drive process improvements, mentor staff, support testing/drawings/reports, and act as backup to the Director of Product Engineering.
