Leads the accounting function, including financial reporting, month-end close, internal controls, general ledger, payables, receivables, payroll, fixed assets, inventory costing, audits, and tax compliance. Oversees accounting systems and ERP improvements, develops budgets and forecasts, analyzes financial performance, and provides strategic insights to leadership. Manages and develops the accounting team while partnering with operations, sales, auditors, and senior leadership to improve processes and financial visibility.

The Production Scheduler is responsible for managing the master production schedule, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely production, solves scheduling issues, and maintains data integrity in the MRP system.
