Provide end-to-end booking and advisory services for contracted corporate clients, ensuring policy compliance, managing reservations and cancellations, maintaining operational queues, advising on travel requirements, and delivering high-quality remote customer service.

Support TRICARE financial reporting and audit readiness for DoD programs. Perform audit remediation, internal control testing, prepare documentation and evidence, analyze findings, coordinate with auditors and stakeholders, and contribute to budget formulation and financial statement preparation.

Provide remote travel booking and support for federal agencies, ensuring compliance with government travel regulations, managing queues, processing cancellations/changes, communicating status to agencies, researching travel options, and delivering professional customer service. Weekend work required; one-week in-person orientation in Virginia Beach.
