Teams at SENDER ONE SERVICE LLC

Provide outstanding guest service at a bouldering gym: greet guests, handle transactions, memberships and event bookings, maintain facility, manage climbing safety, assist with pro shop sales, lead introductory adult and youth climbing courses, and use Paycom, Google Suites, Rock Gym Pro, and Basecamp. Weekend and minimum-hour availability required.

Manage and develop youth and instruction teams, create curriculum with Head Coaches, oversee staff scheduling and performance, handle customer feedback, coordinate cross-departmentally, and track KPIs for program participation and NPS.

Provide excellent customer service at the climbing gym: check guests in/out, lead intro courses, administer top-rope belay tests, work with kids, support sales and events, assist cross-functional teams, manage risks, and perform operational duties. Level 2 also independently leads parties and administers lead climbing/belay checks.
