Develops, optimizes, and sustains InP photonic wafer fabrication processes for BH DFB lasers and gain chips. Owns semiconductor process modules, defines process windows and SPC controls, investigates excursions, improves yield, conducts DOEs, and transitions processes into volume production. Partners with equipment, device, test, quality, and fab teams while maintaining process documentation, change controls, and production readiness in an onsite III-V cleanroom environment.

Own demand forecasts and consensus S&OP planning for semiconductor product families. Translate demand into executable supply plans using SAP APO, manage MRP, inventory, capacity, BOMs, master data, and manufacturing transitions, and monitor revenue execution, channel demand, shortages, and supply coverage. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and customers while improving forecast accuracy, reporting, planning processes, and audit readiness.

Leads Semtech’s global Customer Experience organization, overseeing customer and partner experience, order-to-cash performance, service models, distributor economics, and cross-functional operating processes. The role standardizes global workflows, SLAs, systems, and scorecards; deploys AI, RPA, and self-service automation; manages predictive service initiatives; supports M&A integration; and advises executives on commercial productivity. It also leads a global team of 15–20 specialists and team leads while driving customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue-supporting improvements.
