The Backend Process Engineer is responsible for optimizing semiconductor backend processes, yield improvement, defect reduction, and supporting new product introduction with a focus on manufacturing stability and process documentation.

The Senior Test Development Engineer designs and implements automated production tests for fiberoptics lasers, collaborates with engineering teams, and manages test stations for efficiency and performance.
