Own demand forecasts and consensus S&OP planning for semiconductor product families. Translate demand into executable supply plans using SAP APO, manage MRP, inventory, capacity, BOMs, master data, and manufacturing transitions, and monitor revenue execution, channel demand, shortages, and supply coverage. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and customers while improving forecast accuracy, reporting, planning processes, and audit readiness.

Sustains daily MOCVD operations, recipes, equipment maintenance, material characterization, inventory, SPC, documentation, and cleanroom safety. Leads failure analysis, defect reduction, yield improvement, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, and process or equipment troubleshooting. Collaborates with R&D, facilities, and wafer fabrication teams, while training operators and technicians and presenting technical findings.

The Senior Test Development Engineer designs and implements automated production tests for fiberoptics lasers, collaborates with engineering teams, and manages test stations for efficiency and performance.

The Backend Process Engineer is responsible for optimizing semiconductor backend processes, yield improvement, defect reduction, and supporting new product introduction with a focus on manufacturing stability and process documentation.

Manage quality operations in InP fabrication for high-speed optical AI applications, overseeing ISO systems, quality improvements, and supplier quality management.

Serve as HR point of contact for Southern California sites and US remote employees. Source, screen, and interview candidates; build talent pipelines; partner with hiring managers and HR; manage offers and negotiations; track recruitment metrics; maintain ATS records; develop university and industry relationships; and continuously improve sourcing strategies.
