Lead production, packaging, and maintenance operations across three regional food manufacturing facilities. Drive safety, quality, service, cost, continuous improvement, Lean, TPM, and Six Sigma initiatives while developing leadership teams and managing performance. Oversee compliance with food safety, environmental, workplace safety, and labor requirements; coordinate production planning, materials, logistics, capital projects, engineering upgrades, union relations, seasonal launches, and cross-functional strategic initiatives.

Serve as a Workday HCM and Benefits subject matter expert, focusing on Benefits configuration, FSA and annual enrollment, reporting, security, integrations, testing, and operational support. Configure business processes, eligibility rules, security policies, dashboards, and complex reports. Partner with HR, Benefits, Payroll, Finance, and vendors; support releases, audits, issue resolution, documentation, change management, and continuous platform optimization.

Lead the retail sales team by coaching, motivating, and supporting staff to meet sales goals; oversee daily store operations, merchandising, cash handling, inventory accuracy, customer service, training, and administrative tasks to ensure compliance with company standards.
