Administer endpoint security, patching, software deployment, Microsoft Intune, Windows systems, Active Directory, Entra ID, email accounts, and network environments supporting more than 1,000 users and endpoints. Monitor and remediate security threats, manage compliance and inventory, troubleshoot enrollment and device issues, build Windows images, produce operational reports, document procedures, and collaborate with IT teams to improve security and technology operations.

Supports high-volume HR operations during peak season, including Workday employee transactions, recruitment coordination, onboarding, offboarding, orientations, payroll and timekeeping support, employee inquiries, scheduling, compliance, and HR administration. The role also assists with investigations, benefits and leave inquiries, I-9 and E-Verify processing, reporting, and special HR initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Manage day-to-day employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, wellness, enrollment, compliance, employee support, vendor relationships, and payroll coordination. Support compensation administration through market pricing, benchmarking, salary structures, merit planning, and analysis. Develop reporting dashboards, monitor costs and utilization, maintain documentation and controls, and implement process improvements. Serve as a key partner to HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, vendors, and employees.
