Leads technology dispute and investigation engagements from scoping through delivery, including staffing, budgets, evidence review, expert reports, analyses, quality control, and client coordination. Supports business development, thought leadership, risk management, and relationship building. Mentors junior staff and develops training materials. Matters involve SaaS and cloud contracts, software licensing, vendor governance, Agile delivery, software lifecycle issues, and technology program failures.

Conduct code reviews and analyze software to assess originality, functionality, and potential intellectual property or trade secret issues. Prepare technical memos, expert reports, rebuttals, and explanations for legal audiences. Communicate with clients, counsel, and testifying experts while managing multiple dispute engagements and deadlines.

Perform technical code review and analysis for complex technology disputes, determine code provenance and function, prepare memos and expert reports, rebut other experts, support and prepare testifying experts, manage multiple engagements, review junior staff, and communicate findings to clients and counsel.
