Lead the company’s product management organization and multiple product lines as distinct businesses. Own portfolio growth, revenue, retention, unit economics, attach rates, product strategy, and investment prioritization. Develop Group Product Managers into general managers, align Engineering, Finance, RevOps, Go-To-Market, Customer Success, and Operations, and drive measurable customer and business outcomes in a rapidly growing, founder-led company.

Drive new business acquisition and growth by prospecting mid-market property management companies, managing inbound and self-sourced opportunities, closing deals, forecasting pipeline, and exceeding sales quotas. Serve as a product expert, build relationships with property management decision-makers, collaborate with marketing and product teams, and attend occasional industry events and client meetings.

Leads UX and content strategy for a resident experience platform while managing a 4–6-person design team. Establishes experience vision, design culture, research practice, content design, design-system governance, and AI UX guardrails. Partners with product, engineering, customer success, implementation, and data leaders. Serves as a player-coach, contributing strategic design direction, experience architecture, design sprints, measurement, and executive communication.
