Leads global compensation programs and projects, including annual compensation cycles, benchmarking, salary structures, incentive and equity programs, job leveling, market analysis, dashboards, automation, and pay equity initiatives. Partners with senior leaders, HR business partners, systems teams, and global compensation stakeholders to improve program effectiveness, translate complex data into executive insights, and drive consistent processes across regions.

Execute technology-focused internal audits covering cloud environments, engineering workflows, cybersecurity, resilience, and third-party risk. Evaluate controls across AWS or GCP, IAM, networking, monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, vulnerability management, incident response, backup, and disaster recovery. Document workpapers and findings, identify root causes, recommend remediation, and report to senior leadership. Collaborate with technology, security, AI, infrastructure, and engineering teams while applying audit, governance, risk, and control frameworks.

Leads the Legal Operations function by establishing strategy, operating models, technology roadmaps, governance, budgets, performance frameworks, and scalable processes. Oversees Ironclad CLM, knowledge management, AI and automation initiatives, vendor relationships, analytics, and cross-functional technology programs. Manages and develops the Sr. Manager of Legal Operations while partnering with Legal, IT, Procurement, Finance, Security, Privacy, and business leaders to improve contracting efficiency, self-service, workflow adoption, and Legal team capacity.
