The Tax Manager will manage domestic and international tax compliance, provisions, reporting, audits, planning, and risk management. Responsibilities include ASC 740 calculations, tax reconciliations, federal and multistate filings, indirect tax, transfer pricing, tax credits, nexus analysis, and tax research. The role partners with Finance, Accounting, Legal, advisors, and tax authorities while improving tax processes, controls, automation, and documentation. It also supports M&A due diligence and strategic tax initiatives.

Leads FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and shared-cost allocation across corporate functions. Partners with senior executives, improves financial processes, builds scalable models and automation, and develops a team of two finance professionals. The role manages over $200 million in expense budgets and allocates more than $160 million in shared services costs across game teams while driving financial transparency and strategic decision-making.

Develop and execute always-on consumer communications for MONOPOLY GO!, supporting partnerships, creator programs, community initiatives, activations, and cultural opportunities. Build media relationships, write pitches and messaging, identify compelling player stories, monitor trends, coordinate integrated campaigns, and track coverage and insights. The role requires strategic thinking, creativity, strong writing and media relations skills, cultural awareness, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
