The Manager, Business Partner provides strategic and hands-on HR leadership across employee relations, performance management, compliance, investigations, risk mitigation, and leadership development. The role coaches managers, leads talent calibration and performance improvement processes, analyzes employee relations trends, manages cases in NAVEX, supports organizational transitions, and promotes an inclusive, accountable workplace culture. This position partners with legal and compliance teams and uses behavioral assessment insights to improve team effectiveness.

Manage an assigned portfolio of government grants and contracts from execution through renewal, ensuring compliance, reporting, performance, and accurate revenue recognition. Coordinate negotiations, legal reviews, audits, monitoring responses, deadlines, deliverables, and funding-agency communications. Partner with Finance, Legal, Development, Program, and leadership teams to mitigate risk, improve processes, maximize earned revenue, and support successful onboarding and performance of new federal and state awards.

Manage end-to-end multi-state regulatory compliance projects including licensure, VA and ETPL status, renewals, and audits. Perform regulatory research, maintain data integrity in Salesforce, map processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, interface with state agencies, and lead compliance documentation and training efforts.
