The Manager, Learning Outcome & Reporting will evaluate learning products, analyze performance data, and support curriculum improvements through actionable insights and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead national technical training strategy and delivery for alumni and Career Accelerator programs. Manage distributed instructor teams, ensure high-quality instructor-led and asynchronous instruction, drive certification attainment and learner outcomes, build scalable instructional systems, and partner cross-functionally to align curriculum with employer demand and program growth.

Support execution of B2B marketing to drive employer awareness and leads: assist with email campaigns, website content updates, social and paid promotions, analytics, and daily marketing administrative tasks while adhering to brand guidelines.
