Supports the lead instructor in classroom teaching and administration for entry-level IT technician training. Responsibilities include grading assessments, entering learner data, monitoring attendance and certification progress, reviewing curriculum, supporting classroom technology, supervising tests and activities, managing supplies, and communicating learner challenges. Requires CompTIA A+, strong communication, teaching interest, adaptability, teamwork, and the ability to frequently lift 50 pounds.

Supports lead instructors in delivering cybersecurity training for CompTIA certification and entry-level SOC analyst preparation. Assists learners during classes, labs, tutoring, and office hours; troubleshoots equipment, software, and network issues; grades assignments; tracks attendance and performance in Canvas LMS and Salesforce; maintains records; and occasionally teaches lessons. The temporary, onsite role also includes curriculum review, learner meetings, check-ins, and cross-training in other technical disciplines.

The Director of People Development leads leadership enablement, manager onboarding, performance management operations, career development, and targeted learning programs. The role partners with cross-functional leaders to support performance cycles, continuous feedback, goal setting, executive coaching, workshops, employee growth, and inclusive high-performing cultures. It also helps scale learning and performance processes across the organization.
