Manage commercial contracts through negotiation, execution, compliance, renewals, and administration. Lead customer-facing deal structuring, draft and review agreements, maintain contract databases, monitor obligations, and support business development and project management teams. The role also supports legal and regulatory diligence for distributed energy project acquisitions, sales, and financing, while improving templates, workflows, and internal approval processes.
