Provide first-line IT support, manage ticketing and user access, maintain IT asset inventory, liaise with vendors/MSPs, support productivity platforms, assist with security/compliance, and improve IT processes and documentation.

Build churn prediction models, cohort and LTV analyses, customer journey insights, loyalty program reporting, SQL transformations in Snowflake, data preparation workflows, and Tableau dashboards. Partner with Brand and Retention teams to improve campaign performance, customer loyalty, repeat purchases, and revenue growth.

Lead and scale companywide analytics for a DTC marketing business: own marketing measurement, financial forecasting, retention/LTV modeling, data architecture, reporting, and the analytics team. Set analytics strategy, oversee data engineering roadmap, build dashboards, apply statistical and ML methods, and translate insights into executive-level decisions.
