Manage agencies, paid media, promotional calendars, retailer partnerships, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Operations, Finance, e-commerce, and global teams. Analyze sales and marketing performance, optimize promotional ROI, and provide executive reporting. Fluency in Korean and English is required.

Own the skincare brand’s end-to-end DTC growth ecosystem, including paid acquisition, Shopify optimization, conversion rate optimization, analytics, CRM, retention, influencer and affiliate marketing. Manage campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok; track CAC, ROAS, AOV, conversion, retention, and LTV; develop lifecycle journeys; coordinate testing with creative, agency, and development partners; and implement AI-powered automation and personalization.

Administer LAN/WAN, wireless, VPN, firewall, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP environments. Provide onsite and remote support for approximately 200 users across office and warehouse locations. Troubleshoot infrastructure, hardware, software, and connectivity issues; manage deployments, upgrades, patching, documentation, asset inventories, vendors, and IT projects. Support cybersecurity initiatives, onboarding and offboarding, workstation setup, and infrastructure expansion.
