Build and maintain KPI dashboards and recurring reports, perform QA checks, support sales and operations reporting, conduct ad-hoc analysis and segmentation, and document KPI definitions and reporting logic to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Serve as primary customer and retail partner contact handling inbound communications, orders, returns, and account support. Provide expert product guidance, support onboarding and promotions, document feedback, and collaborate with sales and marketing to improve operations and customer experience.
