Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Responsibilities include deployment, monitoring, security, compliance, disaster recovery, automation, cost optimization, incident resolution, technical support, documentation, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with DevOps, development, and IT teams and requires proficiency in cloud platforms, networking, security, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code tools. Korean and English bilingual ability is preferred.

Manage WAN circuits, switching, Azure network integration, Fortinet VPNs, G-Cloud infrastructure, firewalls, proxies, NAC, IPS, wireless networks, and on-premise servers. Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 network support, administer Windows Server environments, collaborate with AWS headquarters and local IT teams, and support infrastructure and security projects across multiple locations. Korean bilingual ability and networking certifications are preferred.

Provide day-to-day technical support across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, devices, networking, printers, and conference room systems. Manage onboarding, offboarding, accounts, permissions, device deployment, inventory, and endpoint configurations. Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services and support access management. Assist with process improvement and automation using Power Automate and PowerShell while maintaining documentation, troubleshooting guides, and standard operating procedures.
