Lead client retention and growth for assigned accounts by developing and executing customer strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams, analyzing program results, and managing staff to meet corporate goals.

Coordinate HR functions including employee relations, onboarding, performance management, training, compliance, recruitment, recordkeeping, separations, and pay activities. Act as HR consultant to site managers, conduct investigations and exit interviews, support talent review and engagement, and complete HR projects and reporting. Some travel required.

Perform GMP-area cleaning and sanitization tasks per SOPs, maintain cleanliness and logs, follow gowning and safety procedures, complete required trainings and certifications, support shift lead, respond to customer requests, and perform repetitive team-based duties on a night shift.
