Lead administration of a $300M legal aid grant portfolio, manage a 20+ person grants team, ensure fiscal integrity and compliance, advance strategic plans, engage stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in grantmaking operations.

Provide complex legal analysis and case management for Client Security Fund claims involving attorney theft. Conduct investigations and legal research, prepare pleadings, motions, and draft decisions, manage hearings and trials, present matters to oversight bodies, mentor staff, and provide procedural and substantive legal advice to State Bar officials, applicants, and the public.

Perform and review complex compliance reviews and investigative audits of attorneys' trust accounts to ensure compliance with laws and Rules of Professional Conduct. Analyze records, prepare findings and reports, recommend corrective actions, review external accountants' work, lead engagement teams, and communicate findings and training to licensees and management.
