The role requires strong editorial judgment, organization, communication, copywriting, analytical ability, and familiarity with social publishing tools.

Develop social media copy, scripts, pitch decks, brand voice, and creative concepts for entertainment-focused marketing campaigns. Lead brainstorms, present ideas to clients, collaborate with Strategy, Production, Design, Editorial, and Accounts teams, and ensure creative aligns with brand messaging and campaign goals. Review assets for quality, incorporate feedback, delegate creative tasks, and support high-volume, multi-project agency work.

Lead visual and creative direction for pitch decks, brand campaigns, and entertainment marketing across social, CRM, OOH, print, and mailers. Manage and mentor designers, refine creative workflows, collaborate cross-functionally, present concepts to clients, and drive innovative design and motion solutions. The role requires strong social and editorial instincts, project management, communication, and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects.
