Lead and elevate Saylor's design practice by setting visual standards, mentoring a multidisciplinary team, partnering cross-functionally, and contributing hands-on to high-impact brand, digital, and campaign work. Manage design operations, staffing alignment, and quality across multiple accounts to ensure scalable, on-brand executions.

Lead senior client relationships, develop holistic account strategies, and drive retention and growth. Represent the agency in pitches and business development, partner with creative and production teams, and carry quarterly revenue goals while fostering collaborative team leadership.
