Leads enterprise business intelligence and analytics across multiple divisions and locations. Establishes governed KPI definitions, reporting architecture, financial and operational analytics, semantic models, data-quality practices, and self-service reporting. Partners with FP&A, IT, Finance, and Operations to align analytics with financial results, guide technical delivery, evaluate BI platforms, and support forecasting and performance improvement. Directs internal or external development teams and communicates actionable insights to executives and operating leaders.

Provides high-volume administrative support for national commercial accounts, including proposals, scheduling, inbox management, invoicing, payments, billing, accounts receivable reporting, client documentation, compliance, vendor portals, and subcontractor records. Maintains account data, calendars, reports, master lists, and work-order information while coordinating with arborists, account managers, branches, clients, and vendors. This is a fully remote role requiring strong organization, communication, accuracy, and independent work across multiple accounts and deadlines.

Own the company’s CRM, lifecycle, retention, and marketing-automation strategy with long-term customer lifetime value as the core KPI. Build and optimize email and SMS journeys, segmentation, lead scoring, winback, cross-sell, reactivation, review generation, customer notifications, and AI-enabled personalization. Use Braze, Dynamics, Hatch, and Snowflake to create audiences, triggers, measurement, and reporting. Partner with Technology, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to drive customer actions and improve retention, revenue, NPS, and CSAT.
