The Vice President, Corporate Controller will lead corporate accounting, financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, internal controls, accounts payable, and multi-entity accounting. The role oversees construction and development accounting, project costs, draws, lender reporting, capitalization, and profitability analysis. It also partners with executives, auditors, tax advisors, and operational teams while leading and developing the accounting organization and improving accounting processes and automation.

Oversee operations and performance of a 165-unit residential property, including team hiring and development, rent collection, resident retention, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, marketing, vendor management, safety compliance, maintenance coordination, and risk management. The role requires strong leadership, communication, sales, analytical, problem-solving, and property-level software skills, along with at least four years managing communities of 100 or more units.
