Lead an eight-week current-state assessment across Operations, Order to Cash, and Procure to Pay. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, document swim lane processes, evaluate systems, controls, data flows, risks, and inefficiencies, and identify improvement opportunities. Develop prioritized recommendations, quick wins, and a process improvement roadmap with business impact, sequencing, dependencies, and implementation considerations. Communicate findings to business and leadership stakeholders.

Build and enhance financial operating models supporting planning and decision-making. Develop debt waterfalls, debt service ratios, forecasts, scenarios, sensitivities, and cash flow analyses. Evaluate financial performance, risks, and opportunities; translate complex data into recommendations and executive presentations. Partner with client stakeholders, ensure model accuracy and documentation, and support strategic and ad hoc financial analysis in a remote consulting environment.

Lead the creation and operation of an enterprise PMO supporting transformation programs. Establish governance, methodologies, reporting, KPIs, portfolio prioritization, and delivery processes. Oversee cross-functional initiatives involving ERP, finance, operations, supply chain, procurement, and customer service. Drive process optimization, organizational change, executive communications, risk management, and stakeholder alignment. Build a sustainable PMO and transition ownership to the client through documentation, knowledge transfer, coaching, and operational readiness.
