Design and implement BI solutions: build data models, automations, ETL/ELT workflows, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses. Designs and delivers learning programs: conducts needs assessments, defines learning objectives, creates curriculum and materials, manages program schedules and dependencies, implements assessments, collaborates cross-functionally, and supports post-training analysis and change management.

Support HRIS implementation by extracting, cleansing, validating, and preparing employee data for migration. Reconcile reports, fix duplicates and missing data, create Excel transformation files, maintain data quality, document work, and assist with testing and post-go-live support.

Lead enterprise data governance, quality, MDM, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and migration efforts to support ERP implementations and large transformation programs. Develop governance frameworks, coordinate data readiness and testing, produce executive reporting and presentations, manage project plans and governance artifacts, and drive stakeholder alignment and change management.

Lead M&A program and integration efforts across the enterprise: establish governance, create integration strategies and plans, manage cross-functional workstreams, track risks/budgets/schedules, produce executive reporting, drive Day 1 readiness and change management, and develop repeatable integration playbooks and templates.

Lead creation and operation of an enterprise PMO for large transformation programs. Build governance, operating model, tools, KPIs, and reporting; drive cross-functional process improvement, change management, portfolio governance, budget/schedule/risk oversight, and executive communications; transition a mature PMO to the client organization.

Analyze business questions using SQL and Excel, build dashboards and reports, synthesize findings into clear presentations, and deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders to drive strategy.
