Own commercial navigation features end to end across mobile, backend, and web surfaces. Build reliable, customer-facing navigation experiences for commercial fleets despite poor connectivity, dynamic schedules, and changing routes. Define product priorities and success metrics, ship maintainable and tested code, improve observability, and collaborate with product, design, Maps, Telematics, and adjacent engineering teams. The role requires strong customer focus, technical depth, and the ability to make practical tradeoffs in ambiguous problem spaces.

Own the roadmap and end-to-end seller experience for quoting, approvals, and opportunity workflows across Salesforce and CPQ. Discover high-impact problems with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and Engineering; build prototypes, dashboards, internal tools, and AI-assisted workflows; measure adoption and business impact; and iterate solutions for scale. The role requires hands-on product development, strong stakeholder management, and expertise in go-to-market systems.

Manage and transform global sales operations by optimizing processes, leading cross-functional programs, improving Salesforce workflows, overseeing governance, and driving adoption of scalable sales capabilities. The role partners with senior leadership, analyzes business opportunities, manages requirements and UAT, develops transformation roadmaps, and presents data-driven recommendations.
