Leads audiovisual and technology design consulting for performing arts, corporate, educational, sports, faith-based, and community venues. Responsibilities include client leadership, preliminary and detailed design, technical drawings and specifications, interdisciplinary coordination, site surveys, architectural integration, construction administration, submittal and RFI reviews, and AV system commissioning. The role integrates audiovisual, theatrical lighting, rigging, stage systems, acoustics, and related technologies from initial planning through construction.

Assists with designing, analyzing, testing, and documenting mechanical components and systems using Revit. Performs basic engineering calculations involving heat loads and airflow, supports troubleshooting and material or equipment selection, contributes to quality assurance, and collaborates with senior engineers, project managers, and cross-functional teams. The role includes local client-site travel of up to 10%.

Coordinates daily office operations, vendors, supplies, workspace setup, onboarding logistics, meetings, events, records, and leadership support. Provides project administration, document control, compliance tracking, proposal preparation, invoicing coordination, and project record management. Collaborates with project teams, accounting, business development, human resources, and office leadership to maintain organized workflows and effective business practices.
