Provides accounting and clerical support for a continuing care retirement community. Responsibilities include entering resident and healthcare billing data, preparing deposits, reviewing accounts payable invoices, entering invoices, routing approvals, and generating checks. Requires high school education, computer and data-entry experience, and accounting knowledge; accounting experience is helpful but not required. PCC experience is preferred.

Prepares therapeutic desserts, salads, and diet trays; serves meals to health center residents; sets up and breaks down dining tables; and transports food and nonfood items. The role requires following diet orders, communicating effectively, performing basic arithmetic and measurement conversions, supporting residents respectfully, and meeting physical demands including standing, lifting, pushing carts, bending, and exposure to kitchen temperatures and cleaning chemicals.

Manage daily dining room operations, serving staff, schedules, training, cleanliness, sanitation, food presentation, staffing, inventory, and customer service. Provide hands-on service by taking orders, answering menu questions, setting tables, clearing dishes, and assisting with dishwashing while maintaining quality and operational standards.
