Build and scale SafetyWing’s global social safety net products. Develop clean, scalable backend services using Java and Kotlin, contribute to frontend applications with TypeScript, React, and Next.js, and participate across requirements gathering, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Collaborate closely with product and technology teams while helping shape technical processes and company direction.

Own lifecycle marketing across SafetyWing's products, primarily via email. Design onboarding journeys, automations, segmentation, and recurring campaigns in HubSpot. Maintain CRM health, analyze campaign performance, collaborate with Product, Design, and Copywriting, and establish lifecycle marketing as a function to improve retention and customer value.

Find and reach out to companies with remote or international teams, connect with founders or HR decision-makers, qualify interest in Remote Health, and hand qualified leads off to the internal team. Work part-time, use provided training and tools, and earn performance-based income tied to outreach effort.
