Own and improve SafetyWing’s AI support agent in Intercom Fin by maintaining product knowledge, refining guidance and handoffs, analyzing performance, testing changes, and identifying expansion opportunities. The role coordinates with policy, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Customer Care teams; evaluates emerging AI support capabilities; manages workflows and procedures; and reports performance insights to leadership.

Own and grow a portfolio of platform partners distributing SafetyWing’s Remote Health product. Responsibilities include closing platform deals, managing partner relationships through onboarding and renewals, identifying revenue opportunities, conducting business reviews, enabling partners, mitigating churn, and collaborating with product and engineering on integrations. The role requires strong commercial ownership, strategic relationship management, cross-functional execution, and revenue growth across Europe and Asia.
