Lead end-to-end implementations for EOR and Managed Services, acting as primary client contact. Create and manage multi-workstream project plans, coordinate internal teams and partners, oversee client setup, technology adoption, training, risk mitigation, go-live forecasting, and handoffs to Sales and Client Success to ensure strong client experience and delivery targets.

Build and deliver sales enablement programs focused on account growth. Coach sellers 1:1, run live and virtual trainings, embed value-based selling methodologies, align cross-functionally, measure enablement impact with data, and support onboarding and certification to accelerate ramp and win rates.

Lead and develop a high-performing group of Product Managers overseeing 10 product teams. Translate strategy into priorities, ensure predictable delivery and measurable business outcomes, manage dependencies and governance, partner with Design and Engineering, drive continuous improvement and adoption of AI/tooling, and maintain strong stakeholder alignment and team performance.
