Teams at Safe Place for Youth

Provides overnight oversight of a supportive housing site for transition-age youth. Responsibilities include property inspections, inventory management, resident intakes and exits, meal support, safety and maintenance reporting, crisis response, conflict resolution, volunteer coordination, educational programming, documentation, and transporting residents to services. The role requires collaboration with case managers, adherence to mandated reporting and legal guidelines, and the ability to work weekends and nights.

Provides daily oversight of a supportive housing site for youth, maintaining cleanliness, safety, supplies, and resident services. Supports intakes and exits, meals, educational and life-skills programming, volunteers, resource coordination, crisis response, conflict resolution, reporting, and communication with case managers and maintenance staff. Transports residents to services and activities, responds to safety concerns, and works occasional evenings and weekends.

Provides oversight of a youth housing site by maintaining safety, cleanliness, supplies, and resident support.
