Provide overnight on-site oversight of safety, cleanliness, and resident well-being at The Nest. Build rapport with transitional-aged youth, conduct room and safety checks, facilitate life-skills workshops, provide crisis intervention and mediation, document progress in HMIS and trackers, coordinate referrals and resources, support intakes/move-ins/exits, transport residents as authorized, manage supplies and site operations, and collaborate with internal and external partners to promote stability and independent living.

Provide intensive case management for transitional-age youth at a 24-hour shelter: process referrals and intakes, manage waitlists, create service and housing plans, connect youth to benefits, employment, and housing resources, perform crisis intervention and safety planning, document services, and participate in trainings and team activities.

Provide overnight on-site oversight, safety, and maintenance of a transitional housing site; conduct weekly room and safety checks; deliver trauma-informed coaching, crisis intervention, documentation in HMIS/Clarity, life-skills programming, referrals, transportation support, inventory management, and coordination with partners to prepare youth for independent living.

Oversee daily operations of a 24-hour, 60-bed interim youth shelter; supervise staff, ensure safety and compliance, provide trauma-informed guidance and crisis intervention, coordinate with case management and partners, manage documentation, HMIS, budgets, and prepare for audits; provide on-site and driving support as needed.

Provide education and employment services to homeless or at-risk youth (18-25): develop individualized plans, run job-readiness workshops, cultivate employer/internship partnerships, coordinate outings and reports, supervise groups, assist with personal issues, and perform related administrative duties.

Provide supervised clinical and case management support for youth experiencing or at-risk of homelessness. Conduct intakes, assessments, referrals, documentation in Civicore/HMIS, co-facilitate groups, deliver 1:1 therapy under supervision, run front desk rotation, and participate in trainings and team meetings while receiving field instruction and clinical supervision.

Supervise Access Center operations and an outreach team serving transitional-age youth. Oversee programming, restorative justice, case management, budgets, partnerships, data/reporting, and facility needs. Conduct and coordinate street-based outreach, distribute essentials, build agency relationships, ensure RHY grant compliance, onboard and supervise staff, and prepare reports and solutions to administrative challenges.

Twelve-month, part-time internship placing candidates in SPY's Access Center or interim housing programs to gain frontline experience in harm-reduction, trauma-informed case management, housing navigation, outreach, and data entry using HMIS/CES. Interns complete intakes, develop case plans, support drop-in services, attend team meetings, participate in professional development, and maintain program documentation under staff supervision.
