Leads technical project planning, scheduling, systems engineering, risk management, stakeholder coordination, documentation, configuration management, and execution for Navy Subsonic Aerial Target programs. Coordinates Government, contractor, and OEM teams; facilitates technical reviews; develops executive briefings and metrics; and supports lifecycle management, testing, logistics, and engineering process improvements in an onsite defense environment.

Provides logistics and configuration management support for electronic, engineering, and combat systems. Supports Integrated Logistics Support activities, system modernization, maintenance, sustainment, configuration documentation, technical manuals, and issue resolution while coordinating with engineering, maintenance, technical, and program teams. Requires at least two years of relevant experience and an active Secret security clearance.

Leads engineering and project execution for naval weapons and combat system alterations, installations, testing, and operations. Coordinates personnel, schedules, technical teams, and project performance; provides Navy combat system expertise; supports strike group and land-based testing; develops DoD-standard test plans, technical reports, white papers, and related documentation; and resolves installation and technical issues.
