Serves as the on-site liaison between the client and engineering, construction, project management, and site operations teams. Coordinates project execution, scope development, field information gathering, Management of Change activities, schedules, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution. Supports constructability, operability, maintainability, safety, quality, and execution readiness for industrial and brownfield projects.
